The high unemployment rates reached in Spain affect all sectors and groups of society, especially those with wider employability difficulties. On occasions, the difficulties in finding employment are chronic, causing not only future problems of job placement but also placing them in an alarming situation of vulnerability and potential social exclusion.
This research project aims to address unemployment and the employment and working conditions of groups that have traditionally shown special employability difficulties, their characteristics, causes and possible intervention proposals. This is intended to be done from a multidisciplinary perspective, combining an economic, psychological, sociological and legal approach.
